Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs), and monitor student progress
- Deliver direct therapy services to groups and individuals using evidence-based interventions
- Partner closely with teachers, families, and other specialists to foster student growth
- Attend IEP meetings, contribute expertise, and maintain accurate records as required by policy
- Consult and provide training as needed to support school staff and parent understanding of communication challenges
