Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain prior to the start date
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CF applicants are welcome
- Experience in K-12 school environments preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic assessments and direct therapy to students with a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and monitor progress on individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Partner with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapy into the classroom environment
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, progress, and compliance reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
- Utilize best practices and current research to inform interventions
