What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous pediatric, school, or education-based SLP experience
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and maintain thorough documentation
- Familiarity with IEP processes, goal setting, and progress reporting
What you’ll do:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy to a diverse student population
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans targeting speech, language, and communication disorders
- Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to comprehensive student goals
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all documentation requirements
- Adapt therapeutic strategies to meet each student’s unique needs
- Provide education and resources to staff and families as needed
