Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid California SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage time and adapt flexibly in a school environment
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and student-centered care
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students participating in ESY programs
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor progress for students with speech and language needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support optimal student outcomes
- Document all services and maintain detailed student records in compliance with school and state standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized student planning
- Offer support and resources to parents, caregivers, and educators regarding communication strategies
