- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current (or eligible) licensure in California as an SLP
- Open to both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) holders
- Passion for working with school-age children
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Commitment to fostering a positive and engaging learning atmosphere
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication skills
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services to students, individually and in small groups
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the educational team
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for staff and families on communication disorders
