Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state license for Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Previous experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Committed to working full-time and in person throughout the assignment
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students at various grade levels
- Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services in line with student needs and IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, educational teams, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and reporting as required
- Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise to educational planning
