This contract opportunity is perfect for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist seeking a full-time, on-site assignment in a welcoming elementary school setting near Grove City, OH. You'll support a diverse caseload of approximately 65 elementary-aged students, with a weighted distribution based on severity and need, ensuring your expertise has a meaningful impact on those who need it most.
Your skills will help shape communication and educational outcomes for students, whether you’re an experienced SLP-CCC or advancing your career with a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). You’ll work closely with school staff to design and implement individualized therapy plans in a collaborative environment.
What we're looking for:
- Current SLP license and Ohio Department of Education (ODE) certification required
- Experience or interest in serving elementary-aged students in a school setting
- SLP-CCC, SLP–CFY, or strong background in healthcare or pediatric SLP preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to provide engaging, evidence-based therapy on-site
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering speech and language evaluations and interventions for a caseload of about 65 students
- Developing, implementing, and tracking progress on IEP goals
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students’ educational development
- Maintaining thorough documentation and participating in multidisciplinary meetings
- Providing resources and strategies for classroom support as needed
