Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid SLP license in California (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply
- Experience providing SLP services in a school setting a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy to students ranging from PreK–12
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and set student-centered goals
- Deliver interventions targeting articulation, language, social communication, and fluency
- Maintain progress notes and participate in IEP meetings as an active team member
- Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to support student progress
- Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
