Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain before the start date.
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials; open to new graduates and experienced clinicians.
- Knowledge of assessment tools and therapy strategies for school-aged clients.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech, language, voice, and fluency assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Provide direct therapy and consultation services to students.
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines.
- Offer guidance and resources to staff and families regarding speech-language needs.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support plans.
