Speech Language Pathologist in Sanford, FL

Several Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) roles are available for the 2026-2027 school year within an engaging educational community. Opportunities include both part-time and full-time positions, each serving diverse caseloads at one or two school sites with dedicated workspaces and teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Florida State License in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) through ASHA
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Science Disorders, or a closely related field
- Experience supporting K-12 populations preferred
- Readiness to work onsite and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to adapt to varying caseload sizes and work with students from different backgrounds
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in assigned school(s)
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs for students with speech and language needs
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, families, and other support staff to facilitate student progress
- Conduct assessments, create reports, and participate in eligibility or care plan meetings
- Manage documentation and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Support K-12 students’ communication, language, and social skills development
