Preferred candidates bring a Florida SLP license (Master’s required, though outstanding CFY candidates will be considered), a passion for school-based therapy, and the flexibility to adapt to diverse caseloads and settings. Assignments will be matched as direct-hire opportunities become available, allowing you to focus on student success from the very start of the academic year.
Qualifications:
- Active Florida SLP license (Master’s required; CFY considered)
- School-based experience is a plus
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Adaptable to varying caseloads and age groups
- Committed to providing in-person student support
- SLPAs are not eligible for these roles at this time
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment and therapy for identified speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff
- Monitor and document student progress
- Support students from varying age groups as assigned
