Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid MI licensure required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric SLP roles preferred
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational abilities
- Dedication to fostering inclusive learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-5 students
- Evaluate and develop individualized education plans
- Work closely with teachers, families, and IEP teams to support student success
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and district standards
- Deliver services exclusively onsite, ensuring high-quality, hands-on support
