Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- California licensure or eligibility to obtain state licensure
- Strong background in case management and direct speech-language services within school settings
- Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven reliability and ability to integrate smoothly as a replacement provider
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized speech and language therapy to a diverse student population
- Manage a caseload, including direct therapy, screening, assessment, and progress monitoring
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain timely and thorough documentation in compliance with district and state standards
- Effectively communicate with teachers, families, and staff regarding student progress and needs
- Participate in school meetings and contribute clinical expertise to support student success
