Required Qualifications & Experience
- Active California SLP or SLPA license
- Experience working in schools preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus, though not required
- Comfortable with elementary school caseloads (details forthcoming)
- Open to both new graduates completing their CF and experienced professionals; SLPAs encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Implement individualized therapy for students within the elementary setting
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal-setting and progress tracking
