Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Hayward, CA

Whether you're a seasoned SLP-CCC, a Clinical Fellow, or a skilled SLPA, your expertise is welcome here. Support and supervision are under review for SLPAs. Prior school-based experience is highly valued, and clinicians with bilingual Spanish skills are encouraged to apply, though this is not mandatory.
Key Qualifications:
- Active California SLP or SLPA license required
- SLP-CCC, Clinical Fellowship (CF), or SLPA credentials
- Experience working in school settings strongly preferred
- Comfort working with elementary-age students
- Bilingual (Spanish) skills a plus, not required
- Flexibility, adaptability, and excellent communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy tailored to elementary students' needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and support student-centered goals
