Qualifications:
- Active California SLP or SLPA license required
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly valued for SLP applicants
- Previous experience working in school settings is strongly preferred
- Bilingual Spanish proficiency is a plus, but not mandatory
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs) and SLPAs (with supervision details pending)
- Passion for working with elementary-aged students and tailoring interventions to their needs
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments, intervention, and therapy services for an elementary caseload (details to be confirmed)
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) aligned with educational goals
- Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student engagement and progress
- Document services and maintain accurate records in accordance with all regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings, communicate student progress, and adapt therapy plans as needed
- Remain current with evidence-based practice and professional development opportunities
