Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license in California

- Prior experience in a school setting is preferred
- Skilled in conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and maintaining compliant documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to connect with students, staff, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Develop individualized education programs (IEPs) and actively participate in IEP meetings
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services according to student needs
- Maintain accurate and timely records
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and caregivers to support student progress
