Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current California SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) highly preferred
- Previous experience with diverse K-12 populations in a school setting
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Flexibility, compassion, and dedication to student-centered practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screening, assessment, and diagnosis of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to each student’s needs
- Provide direct therapy and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely records, documentation, and reporting
- Support students across a range of abilities, from mild articulation delays to complex communication needs
