What We're Looking For:
- Master's degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders or equivalent
- California SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
- ASHA CCCs preferred, but strong CF candidates will be considered
- School-based SLP experience or strong clinical background with pediatric populations
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Provide direct therapy services, consultation, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to promote academic and social success for students
- Offer parent education and support, as needed
