Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP-CCC credential from ASHA
- Valid state licensure (or ability to obtain)
- School-based SLP experience preferred, but recent graduates with CCCs are welcome
- Strong collaboration and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide screening, evaluation, and therapy for students with communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to support student goals
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation for compliance and progress monitoring
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute expert input to support student achievement
- Offer guidance and education to staff and parents about communication development
