This vital role will focus on covering maternity leaves for one semester, with potential for extension through the academic year depending upon district needs. Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Possession of Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Active state Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Prior experience in school-based settings preferred
- Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities
- Ability to fulfill all district employment and compliance standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to assigned K–12 students
- Collaborate with educational teams, staff, and families to optimize student progress
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation and IEP reporting
- Adapt therapy plans to align with student and district needs
- Provide continuity of care for students during maternity leave coverage
- Engage actively in multi-disciplinary team meetings and ongoing staff collaboration
