Speech Language Pathologist in San Jose, CA

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Active California SLP licensure (required)
- Experience supporting moderate-to-severe caseloads, AAC device users, and multilingual students, preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services for elementary-aged students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Support students’ communication goals using evidence-based interventions
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed
- Educate families and staff on speech and language support, including AAC integration
