Key Qualifications:
- MD SLP License
- MD Teaching Certificate
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC)
- Experience supervising SLPAs preferred
- Prior school-based SLP experience strongly desired
Role Responsibilities:
- Supervise an SLPA and provide guidance to ensure top-quality care
- Manage a targeted caseload of 20 students, delivering direct and consultative services
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and monitor progress
- Communicate effectively with staff, families, and related service providers
- Participate in meetings and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team
