Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Current CCC-SLP certification required
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP
- Prior experience working in a school-based setting preferred
- Well-versed in assessment, diagnosis, and therapy planning for a diverse student population
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Comfort collaborating with families, teachers, and related service providers
- Able to adapt to both in-person and virtual therapy delivery, as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students referred for services
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans according to IEP goals
- Deliver direct therapeutic interventions in accordance with best practices and school guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress reporting, and case management activities
- Maintain meticulous records in compliance with school, state, and federal requirements
- Provide support and training for staff and caregivers to maximize therapy outcomes
- Serve as a resource for colleagues on speech-language development
