Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current CCC-SLP certification
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as required for school-based practice
- Previous experience in K-12 schools highly preferred
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Compassionate and adaptable approach when working with diverse student populations
Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic, assessment, and therapeutic services to students with communication disorders
- Design and implement effective individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to foster student success
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports while adhering to compliance standards
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions individually or in small groups
