Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP license and CCC certification
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly preferred
- Ability to supervise and mentor SLPAs
- Commitment to providing in-person services at least two days per week
- Effective interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication and language disorders for students
- Write and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families for best student outcomes
- Supervise and support SLPAs according to best practice and state guidelines
- Maintain accurate documentation and regular communication with the multidisciplinary team
