School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - San Francisco, California

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Current California state SLP license or eligibility
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds and a range of speech and language needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Deliver direct therapy services both individually and in small groups
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure student progress and success
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations for student goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Contribute to a supportive, inclusive atmosphere within the school community
