This contract role requires your expertise in both speech therapy and language development, delivering services across a full academic year. You'll enjoy a steady weekday schedule—five days per week, eight hours per day—allowing you to balance professional fulfillment with personal time.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • SLP-CCC credential required and valid for California
  • Demonstrated experience or coursework with school-aged children, especially preschool and elementary populations
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to providing assessments, IEP support, and direct therapy on-site

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver evidence-based intervention to students in both one-on-one and group settings
  • Consult regularly with teachers, staff, and families to facilitate student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with all school-based documentation requirements
