- Excellent communication abilities and collaborative approach with staff and families
- Capacity to conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and document student progress
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions on-site at the elementary school
- Conduct comprehensive student evaluations and participate in IEP meetings
- Develop treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs and educational goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports to track student achievements
- Offer input and recommendations for classroom modifications or strategies that facilitate communication growth
