Qualifications/Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology licensure and certification required
- Experience working with students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Strong knowledge of assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring for speech and language disorders
- Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary educational teams
- Compassionate communicator, dedicated to supporting student growth
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to individuals and groups across K-12 settings
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Document evaluations, progress notes, and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
- Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to support each student's success
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to the creation of individualized education programs
- Adapt therapies and materials to accommodate a variety of learning styles and communication needs
