Key Qualifications:
- Active SLP license for California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) strongly preferred
- Previous experience working in a school, especially at the elementary level
- Deep understanding of IEP development, implementation, and documentation
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students’ speech and language development
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) based on assessment findings and student needs
- Deliver targeted, evidence-based therapy to help students overcome speech, language, and communication challenges
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to promote effective learning and generalization of skills
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and compliance documentation
- Attend IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development sessions as required
