Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP in California
- School-based experience highly preferred
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to provide both individualized and group services
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct SLP services to students in an in-person school setting
- Manage a dynamic caseload with IEP documentation, progress monitoring, and compliance
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to develop and implement strategies that enhance student outcomes
- Engage in ongoing communication with school personnel and guardians regarding student progress and needs
- Provide expertise in speech, language, and communication assessments
- Contribute to a positive school environment by fostering trust and reliability
