In this contract position, your daily responsibilities will center around impactful clinical care and collaboration:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for students with speech and language challenges
- Design and implement individualized therapy programs tailored to student goals
- Deliver direct speech and language interventions, adapting techniques as needed
- Monitor progress and maintain detailed, up-to-date documentation
- Participate in team meetings, working closely with teachers, specialists, and families to ensure holistic support
- Involve and empower families throughout the therapy journey
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution (required)
- Active or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred; Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience delivering services to pediatric or school-aged populations is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities
- Proven capacity to work both independently and in collaboration with others
