Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Hayward, CA

Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing comprehensive evaluations of students presenting with speech and language challenges
- Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans to address communication goals
- Conducting therapy sessions that inspire and empower progress in speech and language skills
- Carefully monitoring and documenting each student's journey and achievements
- Collaborating with educators, psychologists, and allied professionals to ensure coordinated, holistic support
- Actively engaging and educating families on strategies to reinforce lessons outside of therapy
Qualifications for this role:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program required
- Active state licensure (or eligibility to obtain), approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year candidates are welcome
- Previous experience working with pediatric or school-based populations is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
- Ability to function both autonomously and within a team environment
