Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Windsor, CA

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current California SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience providing speech and language services in a school setting, especially with grades 9-12
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with teachers, families, and staff
- Comfortable working 100% onsite; remote or hybrid work is not available
- Please note: Applicants must be SLPs; SLPA certification is not accepted for this role
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Deliver direct and consultative speech/language therapy to students in grades 9-12
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress reports
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations
- Contribute to a collaborative, student-centered school team
This is a full-time, onsite-only contract role serving a dynamic high school population. You’ll contribute to positive educational outcomes while developing valuable professional skills in a supportive K-12 environment.
