Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Current state SLP licensure (or eligibility for California licensure)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior experience working with school-aged children, ideally at the elementary level
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy and language interventions to elementary-aged students
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and individualized education plan (IEP) meetings
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff for student success
- Document progress and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
- Adapt to varying work environments across campuses as needed
