Position Overview

We are seeking qualified and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide services to elementary-aged students during the 2026–2027 school year. These onsite positions will support a caseload of approximately 55 students with a variety of communication needs, helping them develop the speech, language, and communication skills necessary for academic and social success.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about working in a school-based setting and committed to collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and related service providers
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Develop appropriate treatment plans and goals based on student needs
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and district special education requirements
  • Support students with a wide range of communication disorders, including articulation, language, fluency, voice, and pragmatic language needs

Required Qualifications

Candidates must meet California school-based SLP requirements, including:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) considered if eligible
  • Valid California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential, or eligibility to obtain one
  • Fingerprint clearance and successful background check
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Compensation for this position ranges from $45.53 to $72.53. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
