Schedule: Full-Time | 37.5 Hours per Week
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team in beautiful San Luis Obispo, California for the full 2026–2027 school year. This full-time opportunity offers a rewarding elementary school caseload and is open to both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFY).
Position Details:
- Full 2026–2027 School Year
- 37.5 hours per week
- Elementary school caseload
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and provide direct therapy services
- Maintain documentation and participate in IEP meetings
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Eligible for California SLP licensure
- ASHA certification preferred or in progress
- Open to SLP Clinical Fellows (CFY)
CFY Support:
- Dedicated supervision and mentorship provided
- Structured support throughout the Clinical Fellowship Year

Compensation for this position ranges from $45.53 to $72.53. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
