- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license in Texas (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates will also be considered
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
- Skill in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and providing both individual and group therapy
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy to students as outlined in their IEPs
- Conduct evaluations, write assessment reports, and participate in eligibility meetings
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers to support student progress
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team conferences
- Maintain thorough, accurate records and ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
- Support the development of communication and language skills to facilitate academic and social success
