Desired Qualifications:
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid licensure to practice as an SLP
- Experience or strong interest in working within school settings
- Familiarity with elementary student populations
- Ability to manage an elementary caseload with mild to moderate needs
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Adaptable to working across 1-2 locations within the district as assigned
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop and implement IEPs, and provide direct therapy to students with speech-language needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ educational goals
- Utilize evidence-based practices and track student progress with accurate documentation
- Provide strategies and resources for classroom integration and carryover of skills
- Participate in IEP meetings, case conferences, and professional development opportunities
