Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active SLP license in Texas, or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred
- Previous experience in a school-based setting (strongly preferred)
- Solid communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to K-12 students within the school setting
- Evaluate, develop, and implement IEPs and individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with educational teams and families for student success
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and evaluations
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and support staff as needed
