Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active SLP license (Texas) and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience in school settings or with preschool through middle school-aged students preferred
- Strong knowledge of assessment, intervention, and therapy for speech/language disorders
- Excellent communication, organization, and technology skills—particularly for virtual service provision

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct speech and language therapy for students in grades PreK–8
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student goals
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and required reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a team-based approach
