Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active license to practice as an SLP in Texas or eligibility to obtain one
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship accepted
- Experience with school-aged children preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP requirements
- Deliver therapy sessions in both individual and group settings
- Partner with teachers, parents, and staff to support student progress and offer guidance on communication strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress notes, and reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
