Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Valid state licensure (or ability to obtain)
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a full-time caseload
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students in-person
- Manage documentation, progress reporting, and maintain compliance with district and federal requirements
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to maximize student success
- Provide consultation and support to staff and families regarding speech-language needs
- Serve as a reliable, integral member of the student support team
