Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience providing speech therapy services in a school setting is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and reliability to manage caseload and follow through with responsibilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to students as outlined in their IEPs
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication needs
- Provide comprehensive case management including documentation, progress monitoring, and compliance with IEP requirements
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain clear communication and ensure seamless transition for students following replacement of previous SLP
