Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Active state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience in school settings or working with elementary-aged children preferred
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Ability to create and implement effective individualized treatment plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language services to students at one elementary school site
- Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and compliance with state/federal regulations
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations
