Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Salinas, CA

Qualifications & Experience:
- Active or pending state licensure as an SLP (Speech-Language Pathologist)
- SLP-CCC preferred; SLP-CF applicants welcomed
- Experience in school-based speech therapy, pediatrics, or healthcare settings a plus
- SLPA candidates with a background in school or healthcare speech therapy also considered
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, parents, and educators
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a support team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement targeted therapy sessions for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Document ongoing student progress and maintain required records for both direct and indirect services
- Provide consultation and resources to teachers, staff, and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate in multi-disciplinary educational teams
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs within a supportive school setting
