Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current CCC-SLP certification or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Licensure to practice as an SLP in the state
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings (teletherapy experience highly valued)
- Strong clinical skills and comfort working with a diverse caseload of students
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language assessments and therapy for K–12 students according to IEP requirements
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and progress
- Collaborate proactively with teachers, parents, and other specialists
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all school and federal documentation standards
- Use evidence-based practices to support students’ communication and academic success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights to multidisciplinary teams
- Utilize teletherapy platforms, as needed, to maximize service delivery
