Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Bridgeton, New Jersey

Key Experience and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) for speech-language pathologists
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, though Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are highly encouraged
- Experience with pediatric populations, especially in school settings
- Proficiency with teletherapy delivery models as well as in-person services
- Strong collaboration skills when working with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Compassionate and innovative approach to addressing diverse student needs
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for elementary and/or secondary students
- Develop individualized educational plans (IEPs) with measurable goals tailored to each student
- Deliver both direct and consultative therapy services, utilizing a mix of on-site and teletherapy solutions
- Engage in ongoing progress monitoring, documentation, and data-driven reporting
- Communicate strategies and progress to parents, teachers, and school leadership
- Offer guidance and resources to staff regarding speech and language development
- Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions to ensure holistic student support
