Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Millville, NJ

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- State licensure or ability to secure proper credentials for practice in New Jersey
- Experience providing speech-language services in school-based and/or healthcare settings
- Familiarity with pediatric caseloads and the unique communication needs of school-aged children
- Teletherapy experience welcomed, but not required
- Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely progress reports to teams and caregivers
- Attend IEP meetings, collaborate with faculty, and offer consultative support to staff and families
- Utilize current technology and teletherapy platforms to provide remote services as needed
- Promote positive communication outcomes and foster an inclusive learning environment
