Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Minnesota state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain by start date)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP - CCC)
- Experience with K-5/elementary students preferred
- Previous school-based SLP experience a plus, but not required
Responsibilities:
- Serve approximately 23 hours/week across two elementary schools (grades K–5)
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech and language disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student progress
- Document services and maintain compliance with state and district protocols
- Adapt to varying caseloads as assigned
