Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold active SLP-CCC credentials
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience in school-based settings, with a focus on elementary-aged students (K–5)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with teachers, staff, and families
- Ability to organize a flexible schedule and adapt to evolving caseload needs
- Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered intervention practices
- Willingness to commute between two elementary campuses as needed
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to eligible K–5 students
- Assess, diagnose, and document communication disorders
- Develop and implement IEP goals and communication objectives
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to enhance student learning
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team planning
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Adjust therapy plans proactively according to student progress and caseload requirements
