Key Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid, active Minnesota SLP license
- Prior experience working within elementary school settings is highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to K–5 students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to a range of needs
- Work collaboratively with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families
- Document student progress and maintain compliance with federal, state, and district regulations
- Split a 0.6 FTE schedule (approximately 23 hours/week) between two elementary buildings
